4. Form Skybar (Hotel Saint Louis)
Named in reference to iconic architect Louis Sullivan’s philosophy, “Form Ever Follows Function,” Form Skybar spans the top floor of Hotel Saint Louis. After a trip to France in 2004, Paul and Wendy Hamilton decided to bring the cuisine of the Provence region to the Gateway City. Nestled on the edge of Downtown West, Vin de Set has earned a reputation as one of the region’s premiere rooftop restaurants. As if the views aren’t impressive enough, the chefs grow most of their ingredients in the restaurant’s very own hydroponic greenhouse.
